Ghetto star Alien Skin has found himself under fire from media personalities following allegations of disrespect towards journalists. The self-proclaimed Ghetto Prime Minister, Zex Bilangilangi, recently voiced his concerns and advised Alien Skin to show respect to the media or risk fading from the scene.
Zex Bilangilangi emphasized the mutual dependency between the media and celebrities, stating that both parties need each other. He urged Alien Skin to cooperate with the media, as it would enable him to reach a larger audience and effectively promote his music.
“I just advise him to keep it normal,” Zex expressed. “Let hype not make you feel that you are at the top of the world. Initially, it may be seen as a mistake, but repeating it will only lead to negative consequences. It’s better to cooperate.”
The advice comes after Alien Skin stirred controversy by demanding five million Ugandan shillings from any media house interested in covering his recent trip to London. Journalists swiftly criticized this move, accusing Alien Skin of attempting to bribe them.
Although Alien Skin has issued an apology for his actions, the repercussions have already impacted his reputation. The incident has tarnished his image, and he may encounter difficulties in securing media coverage for his music moving forward.
