Lango Province 🦏 through to the Final of the FUFA Drum after beating Tooro on aggregate 3:0.
The return leg fixture played at Akii-Bua Memorial Stadium, Lira City on Sunday 19th December ended in a 1:0 sends Lango Province to the final.
The first leg was in Fort Portal and it ended in a 2-2 draw and Lango stands a head of Tooro in an aggregate of 3:2 progressing them to Finals.
A 42 Minute goal in the first half by Allan Okello earned from a penalty was enough for the Province to celebrate the progess.
Lango will now face West Nile Province in the Final of 2022 FUFA Drum who managed to show an exit to the defending champions, Acholi Province.
West Nile held on to score to win 2-1 on aggregate.
This is the second final that West Nile will be playing having reached the same level in the inaugural edition but lost to Buganda.
The date and the venue is yet to be communicated by FUFA officials.
