Northern Uganda, challenges often arise, but for Oglarius Management, overcoming these hurdles is part of their journey towards nurturing talent. Speaking candidly about the industry’s challenges, Oglarius highlighted two major issues: the reluctance of many artists to invest in their music and the presence of jealousy or hatred within the industry.
Oglarius has been at the helm of managing Infinity Gengz for the past three years, a partnership that began with a formal agreement for two years and is set to be renewed this December.
Infinity Gengz is a dynamic musical duo known for their versatility in Dancehall, Trap, and Dancehall Trap genres. Their music catalog includes hits like “Nyeko,” “Chances,” “Dreams,” “Cami Remix,” “Apeny,” “Winning,” and their latest trending track, “Koporo.” Featuring 2 years.
When asked about his career in music management and whether he plans to sign more talents, Oglarius shared his current focus. “Not really,” he said, “currently, I am managing two artists, and I don’t wish to add any more for now, maybe with time.” He emphasized that managing his current artists is a rewarding experience, praising their dedication and cooperation.
With a vision for the future, Oglarius expressed confidence in the potential of Infinity Gengz. “By God’s grace, in two years’ time, they won’t only be breakthrough artists but will also be recognized as some of the most promising and talented artists in the Lango sub-region and Northern Uganda as a whole.”
He also had a reassuring message for their fans: “I always tell our fans to stay calm, slow but sure; more good music is still coming.”
The Apac based duo Infinity Gangz comprises of Gadkeyz and Fullset, sing as one, bringing their unique blend of genres to the Northern Ugandan music landscape.
