Renowned Northern Uganda DJ Anko Fiffz Enon, whose real name is Enon Job, has officially announced his decision to stop playing secular music and focus solely on Christian ways of doing things.
Hailing from Aalo in Kole District, DJ Anko Fiffz has been a prominent figure in the Lira City music scene since his debut in 2018.

A PASSIONATE BEGINNING
Job’s journey into Deejaying began during his university years, where his passion for collecting music drew the attention of his peers. It wasn’t long before his love for music led him to explore DJ software while working in South Sudan in 2015. With ample free time, he perfected his skills, never anticipating a professional DJ career.
He also revealed the late BeePee motivated him to join Entertainment Industry.

BREAKING INTO THE SCENE
His breakthrough came in 2017 when he performed as a guest DJ at a celebrity event organized by MC Dogo.
Despite initial nerves and uncertainty, his unique music style captivated the audience. This early success threw him to local fame, climaxing in a memorable victory at a DJ battle in 2019, which he credits as a significant moment of his career.
INSPIRED BY FAITH
Throughout his career, Job remained deeply connected to his Christian roots. Recently, he felt a divine calling to restore his life and career with his faith.
Now a self-pastor at his church, he has chosen to abandon the nightlife and secular music to focus on spreading the gospel of which he believe he can still do well in spreading the gospel through his Deejaying.
Job says his family, particularly his elder brother, who initially criticized his DJ career, has expressed immense joy and support for his decision to restore his life. The support extends to his church community and close friends, who have been informed of his new path.
FUTURE PLANS
Looking ahead, DJ Anko Fiffz plans to start a small business to sustain his family while continuing his passion for music by creating gospel mixes.
He aims to use his talent to uplift and inspire others, focusing solely on Christian music through his label, Capstone Music Inc. Enon will maintain his online radio, Capstone Radio, which will now exclusively feature Christian music.
