Organizers of the Annual Acholi Cultural Festival have postponed the 2022 cultural festival over fresh restrictions on Ebola and Covid-19.
The cultural institution noted in a press statement that they could not guarantee the safety of the participants since the festival would attract more than 30,000 people.
“Ker Kwaro Acholi cannot guarantee that all the over 30,000 people expected to attend the festival within three days will adhere to the Ministry of Health guidelines and the presidential directive, even with the continuous social messages on radio stations.”
