The government has finally greed to enhance the salaries of Science teachers following their industrial action.
Science teachers in secondary schools and tertiary institutions exclusive of Universities have decided to withdraw their labour.
Minister for ICT and National Guidance, Dr. Chris Baryomunsi, says the cabinet chaired by President Museveni has decided to enhance the salaries of Science teachers alongside other scientists in civil service.
He says the President has already instructed the ministry of finance to avail funds before the budget is passed.
