🤔WHEN DID YOU JOIN MUSIC INDUSTRY AND WHO PERSUADED YOU?
👊I joined the industry in 2016 after losing my job. I had nothing to fall back to. I used to think there was so much to rip in the industry though I came to realize there’s nothing much though just a number of favours and merits.
👊I hit the world with my first two Reggae hit songs Titled “Alito” and “Son of the Soil” respectively that paved way for me in the industry
👊Well, about the persuader, the year 2016 got my eyes on ROMAIN VIRGO a popular Jamaican lovers rock singer especially with his song “Don’t You Remember”
Yeah and I loved so much more “Lutan Fyah, Busy Signal and Chris Martins to the extent that some say I have some resemblance with Chris Martins.
🤗 WHAT DOES THE WORD MUSIC MEANS TO YOU.
👊To me, music means a reasonable art, a means of communication and food to the soul.
👊It’s a medium that if used properly, can build the world. However it’s also a very dangerous tool if wrongly used and I don’t want to go lengthy here.
.
🤔DO YOU WRITE YOUR OWN LYRICS OR YOU HAVE A SONG WRITER?
👊Yes. I’m a song writer. Thus I write my songs myself everytime I seem relaxed and mostly after work.
👊I had lost everything . I even got surprised when I woke up that morning and I could write a line though it wasn’t an easy thing.
In fact till now I don’t ever seem to imagine I’m that GOOD AMBROSE people celebrate as a REGGAE STAR today.
.
🤔HOW DO PEOPLE REACT WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOU DO MUSIC?
👊well, I’d say lots of people of different age grades feel good about my music because they say the lyrics I compose are always “Life Changing and Inspirational”
Even my parents say so. Though they didn’t like in the first place. But today they are proud of me.
.
🤔BESIDES MUSIC WHAT ELSE DO YOU DO?
👊I’m a lecturer though still at rest.
👊I’m also a renowned Phone Technician till date and I own a phone repair workshop, I sell phone spares, accessories and flashing services today in my workshop called LINK PHONE REPAIR AND SPARES in Lira located opposite Centenary Bank between Pride Microfinance and Yellow house.
.
🤔HOW DO YOU SELL YOUR MUSIC?
👊Well, this is a tricky bit of it. Because people have lost meaning of copyright.
👊Besides, the evolution of other means of file transfers like whatsapp, messenger, and so on has made it tricky to sell our music and gain from it today. Nevertheless, I and my management of Capstone Music Inc under the management of Dj Anko Fiffz we’re strategizing on a few ways of benefiting from our music though I don’t want to say it here yet.
🤔IF GIVEN A CHANCE TO DO A COLLABORATION WITH ANY ARTIST FROM CENTRAL, WHO WOULD YOU GO FOR?
Well, I see lots of good artists in central just like I see them here. I’d choose to go for Gamit, A Pass, Bruno K or Allan Toniks.
🤔YOUR MEMORABLE MOMENTS IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY?
👊I remember hitting the stage at Concept Unplugged Night Launch and that night was like wow! There I collected a huge amount of money that took me time counting.
👊Secondly, as an upcoming artist in 2017 I was chosen among few artists in Lango to perform alongside Coco Finger, Mum G, Cindy and by the way I toured places with Pepsi for all that time and it was fun.
👊Lots of memories flood my brain that I can’t narrate all of them here.
🤔 YOUR REMARKS TO ALL YOUR FANS.
👊I must say it’s been a hustle with every single fan out there who got my back from 2017 January pushing my Reggae career and the reggae bars higher than it was.
👊I’m glad, today reggae music is one of the best genres people enjoy here .
👊We brought it from far and we’re yet to take it even further.
God Bless You All.
