Addressing residents of Owinyo Cell, Boroboro West Ward, Odongo Odul detailed the extensive work involved, explaining that many of the boreholes had suffered from damaged pipes, cylinders, rods, and pump buckets, which had disrupted access to clean water for the affected communities.
With a budget of UGX 25 million, the rehabilitation initiative aims to restore reliable water sources, improve sanitation, and support the health and well-being of residents across Lira City.
