Lincoln Feroh, CEO of Blaq Boy Entertainment, has addressed the recent departure of artist Vera from the label, following her announcement on social media. In a statement, Feroh expressed support for Vera’s decision while emphasizing the label’s commitment to transparency during its ongoing restructuring process.

Blaq Boy Entertainment is currently undergoing significant changes, including mergers and restructuring of its organizational framework. According to Feroh, all artists under the label were notified about the status of their contracts, which might involve either dissolving or renewing agreements.
He stressed the importance of maintaining transparency to avoid future conflicts, likening the music business to real estate, where the value of a song can appreciate over time.
However, Feroh expressed surprise at Vera’s public announcement before the official dissolution of her contract. He assured that the label’s primary goal is to ensure Vera receives what is rightfully hers, emphasizing the need for proper documentation and mutual understanding to foster healthy professional relationships.

The CEO also addressed Vera’s recent claims regarding the loss of her social media accounts. Feroh clarified that Blaq Boy Entertainment employs a professional public relations firm that uses sophisticated social media management software designed to monitor account activity and provide robust security measures.
He revealed that multiple employees, including himself, had been locked out of their social media accounts, indicating a broader issue affecting several accounts managed by the label.
A significant complication in restoring Vera’s social media accounts is her lack of a National ID, which hinders the verification process. Feroh highlighted that the absence of official identification makes it challenging for Vera to regain access to her accounts, as the verification processes often require such documents.
“We are investigating who triggered this mess!” Feroh declared, reaffirming the label’s commitment to supporting all its artists during this transitional phase. He concluded by urging everyone to wish Vera well as she embarks on a new chapter in her career.
