Songstress Lydia Jazmine recently caused a stir on social media when she deleted all her pictures from her Instagram page. Fans and followers were left wondering what had happened to the talented artiste, but Lydia has now revealed that it was a deliberate move aimed at rebranding herself.
According to the ‘Omutima’ hitmaker, she took some time off to evaluate herself and figure out her next moves. She stated that rebranding is essential for any artiste who wants to remain relevant in the music industry, and urged other musicians to do the same.
“I did not delete my account but I just archived everything because I was rebranding. I want to introduce you to Lydia Jazmine. It is okay for an artiste to take a break and it is very important to rediscover yourself,” she said.
Lydia went on to explain that she last released a song titled ‘Omutima’ in May and followed it up with another project, ‘Gwokya Ngomuliro’, earlier this year in March. Although she did not reveal any details about her next project, fans can expect something exciting from the talented songstress.
